Getting Started

This page should help you if you need it to get things started on traderxchange. It has always been our aim to make this as simple to use so as to compliment not complicate the way you do business.

Buy It

Your advertising and vehicle search space. The screen is split in two parts.

The main body of the buy it screen by default shows a list of all vehicles currently available.

The left side displays a list of manufacturers currently represented with volumes shown in ( ).

Each brand can be expanded to show constituent models with volumes again shown in ( ).

Select any brand or model to create a new list of vehicle details to view in the main body of the screen.

This search method allows you to find the vehicle you are looking for quickly and efficiently.

For further details on specific vehicles hover your mouse over the . It is at this point any pictures uploaded by the seller become visible. For even more information including contact details of the seller simply click anywhere on the vehicle details.

You can move from one search to another with ease, each time the main screen will reflect what has been selected on the left side. A reset button is available to go back to default view.

Traderxchange will only show brands and models currently on the site giving at a glance answers to specific stock questions.

Your vehicles will be denoted by . You can edit or remove your vehicle by clicking on the record.

Sell It

To create a vehicle advert you have 3 options.

VRM look up

Enter vehicle registration.
All vehicle data uploads and populates vehicle advert template.
You enter current vehicle mileage and your required price.
Stock images can be added at this point if you wish.

Bulk upload

For multiple vehicles.
Upload in the correct .csv file format - download an example.
Vehicle records created immediately on website.
Support on bulk uploads is available, contact enquiries@traderxchange.co.uk.
Stock images not currently supported with this method of record creation.

Manually create vehicle entry

Available to accommodate any vehicles not ordinarily on any vehicle database.
Stock images can be added at this point if you wish.

Move It

This page is to assist you in transporting your vehicles, not just necessarily those purchased via traderxchange. The page is split in two,

Required Transport

Advertise the fact you require some vehicles moving from A to B. Our transport company users will monitor this forum and make contact with you directly. Simple form to Stock images can be added at this point if you wish. complete.

Available Transport

Transport providers can advertise the fact they have spaces that can be utilised.
Simple form to complete.

Want It

Your opportunity to advertise the fact that you have a specific stock need that you have not fulfilled.
Simple form to complete.
Requirement becomes immediately visible on traderxchange.
Email notification also sent to dealers who have expressed an interest in supplying the type of vehicle you are looking for.

Manage your complete traderxchange profile from one page.
